Short-Term Faculty Led Study Abroad Course Proposal


Transfer Credit Approval Form

  1. Download the following REQUIRED Transfer Credit Pre-Approval form.
  2. Schedule a meeting with your Academic Advisor.
  3. Take this form and copies of course syllabi from your chosen Study Abroad program to your Academic Advisor.
  4. Together with your Academic Advisor choose at least EIGHT (8) courses that you are interested in taking during your Study Abroad program. It is recommended that you get extra courses pre-approved in case some courses are full or not offered when you get abroad.
  5. After your Academic Advisor completes and signs this form, scan and upload into your Study Abroad Enrollment forms online -- or return the completed form to your Study Abroad Advisor.

  1. Download the following REQUIRED Approval for Off-Campus Study Form.
  2. Complete the form
  3. Scan and upload into your Study Abroad Enrollment forms online -- OR return the completed form to your Study Abroad Advisor.

Accepted Students:
  • Program Deposit: All accepted students must make a non-refundable program deposit of $200 to secure their spot in a program. Payment may be made by check or money order, payable to Purchase College, or by credit card (via credit card authorization form). Payment should be mailed or brought in person to Office of International Programs and Services.
